Prayer Shawls Meeting Needs

Prayer shawls continue to bring comfort to many in the church community and beyond.  All recipients are grateful for the caring gift. Shawls can be knit, crocheted, quilted or sewn.  Volunteers are always
welcome.  Call the church office to volunteer.

Our Prayer Shawl folks are growing their ministry by adding small "pocket prayer shawls."  Pocket shawls can be carried in a pocket or purse, or rest on a bedside table.  they are designed to be used by those in need.  We welcome more people to make both sizes of prayer shawls.

Pocket Prayer Shawls and Prayer Book Marks for those needing comfort and a reminder that God is always near are located on the book shelf next to the church front doors.  Many thanks to Harriett Elliott for creating these.
